We have booked and stayed at Briars Cottage around 30 times during 2025, and it truly feels like a home from home. The cottage is absolutely beautiful, with a super-elegant interior and everything you could possibly need and more.
We’ve spent countless cosy evenings relaxing in front of the log burner, as well as summer nights enjoying the large, private garden with the outdoor fire lit. We’ve also opted for the hot tub on many of our visits, which adds an extra touch of luxury and makes the stay even more special.
Ali and Ian are absolutely fantastic hosts, always friendly, approachable, and on hand to help with anything, ensuring every stay is exceptional.
The location is ideal, with easy access to the A11 and close proximity to Waitrose and Morrisons. Spooner Row also has a fabulous local pub offering an outstanding food menu, including the best roast dinner we’ve ever had.
There’s so much more I could say to praise this place. we are completely obsessed with it and couldn’t recommend Briars Cottage highly enough.
